When you register for a Skullbreaker Esports tournament, we collect basic necessary information including: team names, player in-game names (IGNs), team captain contact details (WhatsApp numbers and email addresses), and payment confirmation details (transaction IDs).
02. Why We Collect It
Your data is strictly used for tournament operations. This includes creating the match lobbies, communicating match schedules, distributing prize payouts, and ensuring competitive integrity by verifying player identities against our blacklists.
03. How Long We Keep It
We retain tournament registration data for a maximum of 60 days following the conclusion of an event to handle any disputes, delayed prize distribution, or follow-up communications. After this period, personal contact details are securely deleted, though public match records and leaderboards may remain archived indefinitely for historical tracking.
04. Data Issues and Support
We do not sell, rent, or share your data with any third-party marketers. If you have any concerns regarding your privacy or wish to request the deletion of your personal data before the standard 60-day window, you can directly contact our grievance officer through our official Contact Support page.
