01. Participation Rules
By participating in Skullbreaker Esports tournaments, all players agree to strictly follow these rules and any instructions provided by tournament admins. Ignorance of the rules is not an excuse. Each participant must ensure their device and internet connection meet the necessary requirements to play competitively.
02. Organizer Rights
Skullbreaker Esports reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the tournament or any match due to technical issues, fraud, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control without prior notice. We prioritize the integrity of the tournament above all.
03. Final Decision Clause
In all matters relating to the tournament, including but not limited to game rules, player conduct, and match outcomes, the decision of the tournament admins is absolute and final. No further appeals will be entertained once a final decision has been rendered by the grievance committee.
04. Disqualification Rights
We reserve the right to disqualify any team or individual player without a refund if they are found to be using unauthorized software, abusing bugs, sharing accounts, colluding with other teams, or displaying toxic behavior towards other participants or staff members.
05. Payout Conditions
Prize money will be processed within 3 to 7 working days after the conclusion of the tournament and final verification of the leaderboards. Payouts will be sent only to the registered team captain's provided payment details. Proper ID verification may be required for significant payouts to prevent fraud.
06. Acceptance of the Rulebook
By submitting a registration and paying the entry fee, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the official Rulebook and these Terms & Conditions.
