Refund Policy

Cancellations and Refunds

01. When Refunds Are Allowed

You are eligible for a full refund of your entry fee if the tournament is completely cancelled by the organizers due to unforeseen technical difficulties, insufficient registrations, or administrative reasons.

02. When Refunds Are NOT Allowed

Refunds will strictly NOT be issued under the following conditions:

  • •Your team fails to join the lobby on time for the scheduled match.
  • •Your team is disqualified for violating the fair play rules or terms and conditions.
  • •You voluntarily withdraw from the tournament within 24 hours of the scheduled start time.
  • •Network issues, device crashes, power cuts, or personal emergencies affecting your players during the match.

03. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method (UPI, Card, NetBanking) within 5 to 7 business days. Please note that exact reflection times in your bank account may vary depending on your bank's processing speeds and the payment gateway.
